Pros

It's an easy place to work at. Virtualkynobody is a high achiever, lots of average to poor employees. There's no accountability. It's easy to work there, be bad at your job and never go anywhere.

Cons

Management is horrible. No vision, no career path for anyone. They lie to your face, telling you there's opportunities. The CIO takes actual pleasure in firing people.

The Corporate Management Team has no clue what they are doing and how it effects the Plants paying for their jobs. They treat the individuals at the plant like step-children. There is no form of communication available unless you are willing to get retaliated against. Corporate does not follow their own policies. There is no chance of improvement due to the solid lack of communication and trust. Over the past 5 years, the company has gone downhill fast. Corporate celebrates everything but never shares this to the facilities that provide them with the jobs they have.
