Cons

Terrible place to work. Sweat Shop mentality. Extremely high turnover - in one year 122 out of 240 employees either quit or were let go.

Good benefits, great resources, nice perks(free bottle drops), very elegant work space, nice vacation packages

Cons

Very bureaucratic. Strategy is top down from France without much consideration of the region's trends. Finance-driven and France has tight control of supply-demand. Last CEO of North America ruined the momentum and current CEO does not know what he is doing. Oh, and there is no such thing as work life balance here.
