Cons
Having worked for other large adult beverage companies, the challenges are different here being a French run company. the marketing structure of separate "maisons" for each brand does make you often feel like you are reporting to several smaller companies within the whole, often with conflicting priorities that make the day to day work more difficult. The politics are often discouraging as well for career advancement as being French is an unspoken edge, that sees many good local talent become frustrated and increases turnover of good people, unfortunately. Company does run "lean" from a head count perspective, so the lazy need not apply.
