Super Luxury Company

Pros

Very high-end, well received luxury brands. Supported by LVMH parent company. Lots of opportunities for growth, Marketing and Sales side make it an unusual Supplier job. The company as a whole was very good at sharing sales information with the teams and distributors to further their goals.

Cons

Each brand is in it's own "Maison" so marketing and sales sometimes feel as if you are working for many different people and small companies within one large unit.

Great brands and for the most part great people

Cons

Lack of planning and time lines between departments to bring projects to completion by a specific target date. Departments working independantly of each other with lack of collaboration.

Terrible place to work. Sweat Shop mentality. Extremely high turnover - in one year 122 out of 240 employees either quit or were let go.
