Awful Company with no ethics

Pros

The people who work here are fantastic. Its too bad they are being ruined by management.

Cons

Company refused to pay out earned bonus money to employees who were let go due to Covid. Terrible work / life balance. Management continually signed bad deal after bad deal making it impossible to turn a profit. No 401K matching. Diluted stocks.

Great people and talented engineers.

Cons

Terrible work/life balance. Tons of calls with India so work never stops. Haven't landed a big customer yet to turn a profit.
