Pros

I started at MAS recently and really enjoy it. There is a lot of support and opportunities. I like what they do for rewards and recognition.

Cons

Lots of cleaning up needed with employees who aren't prepared to work and like to cause drama.

Pros

Great team to work with, company provides quality and correct tooling to do the job. Great pay and benefits.

Cons

A lot of information thrown at you at once. Unfortunately there really is no good way to train this job in a limited amount of time its not always the best fit for an unexperienced tech or a tech that doesn't want to learn.

Mobile Auto Solutions supports their employees and encourages learning and growth - there is support when you are unsure of something and there is support outside of work endeavors

Cons

It can seem like there's a lot of information to learn and digest, which there is, but there is endless support when you may be struggling with all of that information
