High turnover and poor treatment of employees

Business Outlook

Pros

The compensation can be fair

Cons

They treat their employees like disposable tissues. The turnover rate is insane. No one lasts longer than 2 or 3 years. They are constantly shoving great talent out of the door. The leadership is muddled and in continuous rotation. The vision of the company is ambiguous.

Work-from-home flexibility but poor PTO and culture

Anonymous employee

Business Outlook

Pros

Most roles are work from home

Cons

PTO is scarce at 10 days per year and that is vacation AND sick time. There is favoritism on the operations side of the security division. It makes for a bad culture as most people know who is in and who is out when it comes to management.
