Most of the projects need to be worked on night shift. Management can be much better and employees should be treated as employees not just to dump work!

1) Night shift and 6 days working is main reason for employee escaping in this company. You will get chance again and again to continue sit here 2 days. 2) PM asks you how much time will you take to complete this job you will say 3 working days. It means 24 hours. PM will say its ok, Just sit here continuous 1 day and you will get 24 hours. 3) If you say 6 days i.e. 48 hours then continue sit here 2 days. 4) Here PF deduction both sides from employees. 5) Company hires you for any project and after sometime they told Sorry no project came so you are fire. 6) No cab here for night shift and not any night allowance. 7) Experienced person will never want to join this organisation because they will not ready to work in night shift and 6 days. 8) You will have to work in 26 january, 15 august, holi, Raksha Bandhan, Durga Puja and many big festival in night shift and for day shift it is off but you will have to come another holiday to make up you leave with night shift.
