Barely no training process and guideline. Employee must learn themselves.

Pros

Good salary/benefits Had plenty of contact with upper management (Started at company's HQ in NY) I was able to participate in different activities when I asked for it (client meetings, project acquisition meetings, etc) Benefits included housing expenses

Cons

As benefits included housing expenses, salary was not that high compared to other companies Had to move quite often which was not very good for housing conditions

Managers are the best...!

Pros

The company has allowed me to grow as an individual and the managers with other team members are supportive. The best part is there are always innovative projects on which the teams work, which helped me to enhance my knowledge and skills.

Cons

Saturday's should be HOLIDAY !
