Cons

1. Few Leaves. 2. Night Shift 3. No shift Allowance. 4. Poor Management. 5. No proper Planning.

Excellent Opportunity to learn and grow

Pros

Management really listens to good advice and implements it. Everyone I have worked with is very smart, positive, and collaborative. MP has great projects and I got opportunity to work on some of the most innovative project for some amazing clients. I also enjoyed working with my peers. There is no hierarchy here.

Cons

It is a very fast paced place which can create a lot of stress. Also lack of layers can create challenges such as less support.
