Pros
I felt that one positive thing was that there was less amount of micro management. Though, it might be different for others.
Cons
The company is in ruins. A lot of higher management has left cause of ill treatment towards their employees. Their CEO resigned last year after which their VP left very recently. The business in india has also taken a hit. The US business does not have an able leader. The Sales team brings in bare minimum business. No proper recruitment process for the resources. Also, the current salary structure is much lesser than industry norm.
