Mobile Programming reviews

This is the worst company ever. Don't even think to join this organisation. People generally neglect reviews and than regret later. No one writes just like that . I also neglected their reviews and than you can understand.

This is the most worst company I have ever seen. I will tell you real facts about this company because i observe this company very closely. First think, this company actually name was A1 Technology Private Ltd. A1 is the defaulter in USA. They made big fraud in USA and exploit resources there so they Soo ( Complain against it ) them and they got black llisted in USA so they changed its name to Mobileprogramming and the same thing happened in India as well so before 2 year they change its name in India as well. And second thing it's name is totally vanished in India so recruitment team make fool people to hire them. Second thing, In this company all managers or CEO and other people who are on hire position they all are relative to each other and everyone are non deserving and non technical. They treat employees like labour weather you are responsible or not/ senior or junior. They blame you and will fire at any time with any notice of single day. There will be only night shift and need to come on Saturday as well and no limits of working hours if client or Project Manager gone mad suddenly at any day. Project Managers are the most worst part of the company they keep you at his shoes .there is no one is technical I can't write any name here which I want to write but there will be a politics as always because they protect their know people and you will the target for any miss happing. Once your work is over them you go to hell There is no process of working. You will learn to work in pressure but won't learn any quality work. Management is no were in this company and they just saves there job and enjoy more then anyone else. Only the people who make buttering can survive here. This believe in only when they require you will offer good salary but when they don't need u . Just fired Inspite of all this craps. This company is still earning because of some talented people who are working with this company. But manger is no where. Because owner sits in USA and he also care about profit only. But still I will suggest that this is good for the fresher only 1 or max 1.5 year.. bcz they can live and learn in this worst environment. This company attract people from high offer but once they join they know the actual abt this organisation. Even though salary never comes on time and unnecessary deductions will be there. after live this organisation I am felling that I came out from hell. I won't suggest anything to anyone they can own decide.
