Before joining they will promise thousands of things. Recruiter is so unprofessional that she will call you multiple times, even at night, AND long calls. She will treat you as you are best friend of her life, will send daily good morning, good afternoon, good night messages. But reality is different, it's just a trap by her to let you in in the company. And don't forget to take everything in written whatever she has promised before joining like relocation expense, hotel expense, salary details, tax benefits etc. Not only benefits, she will lie about the company and job description too. What they know is just "billing" the client. They have told me that position is of full stack developer, but its operations. I asked client, they told that they know the JD clearly, they have cheated you in this. Before joining, ball is in your court, play safe, and take a proper decision. Other cons are: - 6days working (but it's 5 days if your client allows) - Only 1 leave per month (0.5 CL + 0.5 Sick Leave) - If you take 1 day leave, 2 days salary will be deducted - No tax benefits like mobile/internet/meal reimbursement - dirty politics - Unprofessional HR - Nothing is online, so no grievance system. Their "Dadagiri" (monopoly) work
