Pros

Decent pay. Like working with clients. HR department is very helpful and supportive and helpful

Cons

Poor benefits. The medical costs for myself and family are too high and vacation time of 2 weeks given is not enough compared to other companies. No sick time, its combined with vacation.

1. There will always work for the ones who are willing to. 2. Multiple opportunities to learn new technologies.

Cons

1. Minimal benefits. 2. No formal procedure to evaluate employee compensation/benefits. 2. Lesser growth once you reach higher pay. 3. Minimal interaction with any management (if you are onsite).
