Give chance to learn and Growth but depends on Manager. Mostly Manager are Supportive. Only immediate joiner hire mostly.

Cons

Very bad bench system any time layoffs you if you in bench. No job perks except salary . Mediclaim not provided from the company it will deducted from your salary. Management is not good. You treated as resource not company family member. Project Managers mostly are non technicals they will not understand developers opinions or suggestions.
