Saturday should not be working.

Not good Salary, growth is very slow, Senior always playing politics, you cannot grow as seniors have their favourite team members & they will favour & support them even if you are performing excellent. They do not want hard working & good talent, they want one or two close people to succeed. Your ideas are not appreciated & drop down if you suggest something new, how ever if their close & favourite one gives the same idea they are appreciated & highlighted. YOU CAN BE FIRED ANYTIME, KEEP ONE OR TWO SENIOR HAPPY WITH RAPPORT, OR YOU WILL LOSE THE JOB IF THE MANAGEMENT PERSONALLY DOESNT LIKE YOU, HAVE SEEN THIS WITH LOT OF COLLEAGUES. NO JOB SECURITY. Join only if you want to look for other job, not a place for long term, pathetic management. HR Knows about these managers but cat do anything... shame..call themselves US based but have no standards at all.... People dont leave organisation,they leave bosses... hope you learn to change your attitude & more people will work for you.
