Pros

1. You get chance to work with big clients like SAP, Juniper, service now, Nickelodeon etc 2. 8.5 hours of work a day. 3. Decent salary

Cons

A lot! 1. Only night shift as most of the clients are from US 2. No extra activities 3. No work life balance 4. Sometime saley gets delayed for a week 5. No cab even if you are working in night shift. 6. No night allowance 7. Worst interview process. As they take only one round ie. Skype / telephonic. No f2f!!! So decide the resource quality 😂😂 8. And forget about team lunch / outings

Pros

not in my knowledge. If you love drinking and smoking you are nearest to Vice Presidents.

Cons

1. They will treat you like their pet. 2. You have to extend the project as long as possible because they charge huge money to clients. like for one label give 5 days estimate. 3. They use to as an ATM and always shout on you for no reason. 4. If you don't know anything you are a VP. 5. Relation speaks larger than your day and night hard work. 6. Treat you as labor. 7. Its just pure desi consulting dukan.
