It all started when the HR didn't disclose all the T&C for joining the company. The day I went to office I got to know only when I land on any project i will be paid full amount otherwise amount will be deducted off my salary. And i was in a position where I couldn't back out, and I was asked to take it or leave it. I took the offer with an assurance of landing a project because their team tirelessly works on getting clients, which is true, they do with hard but the higher management is so poor they can't even keep their own clients. I was onboarded on different projects and was back on bench because client had off relations with the company. I would wake up to put on bench mails, and I also enquired if it was my performance issue to which they clarified it wasn't. They overnight decide to let go of people, the sheer fear the management has successfully instilled in people's minds of loosing job overnight. It's very toxic for career and your mental health, I am still recovering. Please don't go.
