It's fun to come to work every day. The people are great. The work is pretty cool, and is also morally important on a global a scale (we are working to save lives by the thousands).

Cons

The salary isn't very high. There is sometimes an excessive focus on short term goals rather than long term ones.

The best workforce in the industry. High-end technology with life-saving implications. The company has a clear vision and path towards becoming a world leader in autonomous driving, which is super interesting.

Cons

employee experience is not on par with companies like Google, Facebook, etc. but the company is putting a lot of effort into improving in this aspect. salaries (if you are not a tier 1 employee) are not that high.
