Pros

There are great people there, a lot to learn. The job is interesting and challenging.

Cons

There are no bonuses. The management likes to keep the good employees where they are, and to promote the mediocre ones. It is impossible to get a raise. Good (even great) job is not rewarded. They are not very good at keeping the good employees there.

Worked here for 2 years as an algorithm development intern, had a great time. Good working environment, supporting leadership, flexible conditions for those who need flexibility (students, parents), healthy and invigorating environment of innovation.

Cons

- Relatively low salaries at the time. Maybe this changed now.
