Unprofessional managers, have no idea what they are doing. Constantly lying to their managers and blame their subordinates for the failures they fail to hide. Team leads are selected by their loyalty and ability to exert violence on employees. HR constantly tries to cheat on workers. The current flow of positive reviews is a focused effort to game Glassdoor ranking.
