Pros

Recent upper-management changes has made for a positive change in the culture of the company. More driven, positive attitude and more of a sales environment. It's going to be exciting to see the results going forward. New CEO is a leader with proven results.

Cons

At present Mocana has a small team. But they are growing the company and hiring the right people for the job.

Smartest people I've ever worked with. We have what it takes to get ahead and stay ahead in the industry: a great team, and solid products.
