Business Outlook
Pros
Flexible schedule, option to be full-time work from home. Management on my team was easy to work with and open to suggestions. There is a company wide spirit of camaraderie. There are lots of little perks, raffles for Blazers games tickets, a present on your birthday, annual holiday luncheon at the MODA center on the basketball court.
Cons
The trade-off is that the pay is not as good compared to working in a hospital or clinic. For me the opportunity to work from home to be present to get my kids/on and off of the school bus made it worth it.
