Pros
I've been with the company for quite some time now, the company itself seems to offer decent health insurance for private standards and tries to be innovative. The company provides birthday gifts and the holiday luncheon with a small bonus.
Cons
The work environment is becoming increasingly strict, most likely trying to weed out employees due to financial instability. New rules seem to be added weekly and there are some heavily enforced performance evaluations. Or, it could be that since the company is trying to expand, so must their practices.
