Pros

Great engineering culture and a great corporate culture overall, A+ team members, and lots of work flexibility. Engineers have a lot autonomy and are empowered to architect their own success. CTO has a great vision for the technology side of the organization.

Cons

Lots of legacy code to manage and there are some growing pains.

The team. Hard working, scrappy, engaged, and care about their customers and stakeholders. The business is serving a growing need in a very large market, and has seen strong tailwinds as a result of COVID's push to more digital transactions for car dealerships nationwide.

Cons

This is a true startup with a fast paced environment. Be ready to strap in. The team has a high bar for excellence and you will be asked to deliver on high expectations. We think this is a positive - and we provide an environment for you to challenge yourself and do your best work!
