Pros

Business is BOOMING! Solid Leadership. Brilliant minds behind a very impressive tech stack. Product is amazing, by far the best Digital Retailing product in the automotive space.

Cons

The only thing I could think of would be internal (systems) organization, but leadership is all over it, making constant updates to better our teams and clean up the data.

Pros

-New leadership is complimenting the existing team for GREAT THINGS! -Big round of funding, massive growth, COVID proof product. -The culture is really refreshing. There's a great sense of humanity! Honest, genuine, and caring are the three words I think of. -Sales team has a culture of overachievement. (VP of Sales builds his plan around our team overachieving..which is RARE!)

Cons

-A lot of legacy systems, and data issues that need to be cleaned up. -Benefits package is good but could be a lot better.
