Pros
The best reason to work for Model N are the people you work with. It's a dynamic environment. You have the opportuunity to work with many brilliant folks. The company is very ambitious and so far has been successful.
Cons
There are a lot of politics. There is virtually no opprortunity for professional growth and development. Recently the treatment has been poor on both personal and professional levels. There is no opportunity to advance or move to other positions in the company. The compensations is below market level.
