Cons

There appears to be discrimination against people of color in the People Team. You will be let go because of your skin color. DEI statements made by leadership are just for handbooks.

There is not a pro that any other company does not have.

Cons

Younger professionals, please look elsewhere. Especially people of color. It is an uninspiring workplace with shady characters. Having worked in HR - run!
