Pros

The environment is outstanding, and I’ve had some outstanding peers. The compensation for the workload is “accommodating” HR favors on the side of the employees, and not the policy.

Cons

This company makes very immature decisions for business. Higher more people than they can employ Over compensation Lack of accountability These things lead to billing issues, making the company unprofitable, and leading to frequent layoffs
