      Good Compensation. Long Term Work from Home. Visibility of work to management. Good Client. Work Life balance.

      Cons

      Suggestion: Make the PF contribution to maximum limit and provide option for VPF and NPS as well. Because these are not investment for all but a social/financial security too.
