Pros

Training was done in a great way.

Cons

Their salary package is a scam. They make 20000 deductions that are not even required.Team leader is biased and managers are rude . They want you to work over time . When you raise a voice they will warn you about termination. When employees resign they just kick them without letting them complete the notice period. One of the worst organisations with no proper work culture. Not a great place to start career. I would die unemployed but would never work here again

Pros

There isn't any good reason to work with this company. If you are not having any job join this but keep looking out and get out in 3 months or 6. Management will keep on promising and will show you ⭐ in the day by words. Never ever believe them.

Cons

There is a lot.... 1) No proper Management. 2) HR (don't know what they do...) 3) Stingy Management ( They will not provide any joining kit). and forget about any get together/party. Their every celebration happens virtually. 4) Poor policies, you will feel like you are working with any vendor in between. 5) It is good that I left this in 2 month. When i had joined , i was thinking that it is a product base company because they have lots of companies name on their website but at last I was assigned to their client. 6) Difficulties in scaling....so don't take risk.

Pros

Supportive teammates and a collaborative work culture. Plenty of opportunities to learn and grow professionally. The work exposure helps build strong practical skills. Management is approachable and open to feedback. Flexible in handling tasks and work responsibilities.

Cons

Workload can get heavy during peak periods. Communication between teams could be more structured. Growth pace feels slower at times compared to expectations. Some processes need better streamlining and clarity. Employee benefits could be improved for long-term retention.
