Some growing pains but lots of heart

Pros

The people - I have now worked closely with many different people and clinics at Modern Animal, and the culture is pretty special: fun, light-hearted-while-still-serious-about-the-work, dedicated to the medicine. Values - I feel that the company really does live the value of "do the right thing." Medical quality is of utmost importance to everyone that works here . There is also a good bit of transparency about how the business is doing or why certain decisions are made (sometimes too much transprency)

Cons

I feel like the company is still figuring things out, so I have seen a lot of change happen and sometimes systems don't work the way they are supposed to. This can be disruptive to the day-to-day

LOTS of change, however most of these changes are a benefit to our members and our care team.

Worst company ever.

Pros

The hats are cool. The lower level management try’s to help.

Cons

Terrible ‘leadership’ team and the company culture is worse than any other practice I’ve stepped intro. The leadership team doesn’t listen, the recruiting team lies when you enter the door (to do anything they can to sell you) and HR team is useless.
