Pros

Modern Animal is building an entirely new veterinary experience that balances the needs of its patients, employees, and customers. The company leverages technology to find ways to simplify the ways of working for it's employees and seeks feedback on what is and is not working to improve the ways of working. The leadership team is open to feedback from all employees and follows through on pulse surveys with actions. Work-life balance is prioritized for clinics with the intent to help the clinic teams leave on time. The Company also gives great benefits including generous PTO, equity, a very generous employee pet discount, and 401k match. Modern Animal also gives its employees a massive growth opportunity as the company expands to see all parts of the business.

Cons

Change is constant as the Company is building a new experience which requires the right perspective and may not be for everyone.
