Pros
Honestly the best part is the tech (technology) and the tech (the technicians lol). Claude, etc. is great and makes records super fast so i’m not stuck here late, but the nurses/techs are the real mvps. We hire great people and they are actually utilized properly and make my day run so much smoother. Also the seamlessness is legit. The way the Hosts, Virtual Care, and even the other clinic locations communicate is great. I usually know exactly whats going on with a case before the O even walks in the door because Virtual Care already triaged it in the app. Feels like a well oiled machine most days.
Cons
Because the membership makes it easy to visit, we see a lot of pets and u have to be efficient. I don't know if the area MB clients expect perfection so there is pressure to be "on" all the time. Sometimes the tech glitches but IT is usually quick to fix.
