This company really puts the wellness of employees at the forefront of their care. They are working to make a more accessible and caring place for pet care which is ultimately why everyone is in the veterinary industry, the love of animals. This company CARES about animals and it's employees. It has great values and stands behinds it's transparency. They are a new and growing business but are rare in the fact that they want to learn and appreciate any and all feedback. This is the most appreciative company of it's employees and the work that they put in. They focus on not having employee burnout which is so common in this industry and also focus on positivity and morale of the team. Everyone works as a unit and is in sync, everyone is here to raise each other up therefore raising the company up. I have been so fortunate to work for a company that understands that if your employees are happy then it reflects in your business. I highly recommend them as an employer.

Joining Modern Animal has been one of the most rewarding decisions I have ever made. It feels incredible to be a part of something that is helping to elevate the veterinary industry. I have dedicated my entire adult life to helping animals. I always knew our industry could evolve for the better but It seemed like it may never happen. The one thing that most people do not know is that this industry can be very hard on the people who work in it. Steve Eidelman (Founder) was finally the man to stand up for us and make the change! He gathered an incredible group of people who have the same dream and goal to revolutionize the industry, including me! We work hard every day to be a better, kinder place for all who love animals. It is not always easy, but we all have a common goal of ensuring we change the industry for the better. At Modern Animal, your opinion matters and you are not just a number but an individual who your team cares about. I am so lucky to be a part of this company. I just celebrated one year and plan on celebrating many, many more!
