      Lots of opportunities of growth / No initial financial cost to start your own business / Fair and honest / Help and support their franchisees during difficult time / Create and provide training tools for their franchisee

      Cons

      Still fairly new in some part of the country, so some franchisee in some part of the country didn't follow Modern culture and mission.

      We are very much in a growth phase and especially with this past year and COVID it has been very satisfying to see the entire team work together in such a fluid environment. It's been a blast and appreciate everyone's mindset to making it fun

      Cons

      Due to the growth we have not been as smooth on many initiatives so this has been challenging for newer team members that join us
