      Pros

      We are very much in a growth phase and especially with this past year and COVID it has been very satisfying to see the entire team work together in such a fluid environment. It's been a blast and appreciate everyone's mindset to making it fun

      Cons

      Due to the growth we have not been as smooth on many initiatives so this has been challenging for newer team members that join us

      Pros

      Entrepreneurial culture with a "can-do" mindset. This is a great company for people who enjoy being part of a team who embraces challenges, innovates and pushes boundaries.

      Cons

      If you want to work from 9am to 5pm in a slow pace environment with no changes, do not work here, you are in the wrong place.
