Pros

Moderna is a dynamic company. It is a place that values new ideas, flexibility, drive, and open communication. If you are looking for a place where you can make a difference for patients, learn the ins and outs of clinical development, and collaborate cross-functionally, all while exercising your Medical Writing muscle, this is the place for you. You work hard and are compensated well for your efforts. The benefits are top of the line. Could not ask for a better experience.

Cons

Moderna is in its growth phase, with lots of big plans and a focused drive. Tight deadlines and a fast pace come with the territory. You must be prepared to pivot and adapt when plans change. This can be a stressor, but it's also exciting!

Generally Toxic/Gas Lighting Culture Claim of Work/Life Balance is Just to Attract Candidates, you are expected to be at your desk 8.5 hours a day without wellness breaks. Everyone uses a mouse jiggler. You team members may be OK, but other functional areas will back stab and ladder climb at your expense. Management will never back you up. They would rather side with the external colleague to make themselves look better.
