Most swirl and decision swirl and flipping I’ve seen in my 23 years in Biotech; Only CEO and a few close to him make ALL decisions, sr management doesn’t listen to employees, they hire well-qualified people and don’t respect or listen to them; research dominates development and commercial is not valued
