      I really do not have any

      Cons

      I was subjected to illegal and unethical behavior by more than one employee. The employees were never charged and remain employed to my understanding. I was laid off.

      A Bright Future Ahead

      Pros

      The company has gone through a lot of change over the years, but it finally feels like things are looking up. Management is doing a good job building more credibility internally and externally, expectations feel like they are getting clearer and programs are getting more focused. There is better emphasis on work life balance.

      Cons

      Still a fairly heavy workload and they aren't backfilling some of the roles that depart, which brings a little more work to others. Would also love to see them improve the 401k match -- their benefits are outstanding but their 401k match is pretty average/below average.
