The science is incredible, cutting edge, and innovative. There's a decent amount of freedom within the work

Cons

Managers are selected based off of favoritism, some people shouldn't manage other people. It's difficult to get a promotion, and they are stingy with their raises. They have a culture of supporting a "fasted paced environment" when in reality, they just expect you to do the work of 2 FTE for the pay of 1.
