Some perks and benefits that you will likely spend on mental therapeutic sessions.

Cons

Most of the current employees are miserable, some are suffering from mental illness. High performers and hard workers are being bullied and exploited. Even employees hired pre-pandemic with massive annual stock compensations are constantly leaving. Consider working for a better company if you are an employee hired recently.

I work on a small team within the G&A overall function. Love my team. Salary is good for my level, benefits are great. Onboarding program is good and improving.

Cons

Not a warm and fuzzy culture, I find most people don’t talk to each other at the office. New policy of having to be in the office 70% of time, so my fear is they will lose talented working parents, those with disabilities, etc. very much a startup grind mentality which wears most people down after a year or two.

Good benefits and perks. Thats all.

Cons

Horrible management, total lack of leadership, communication doesnt exist within the department. You are on your own. Coworkers are not helpful. Some specialists have more information than management and everything has to go through them. Gossiping behind your back. Process change every 3 minutes. No clear direction. Communication is only given to a few. Clinical stage mentality in a gmp Conpany. Not what I thought this company would be. Get used to working LONG hours. No work life balance. RUN AWAY!!!!
