      Free lunch Good team The people you work with on a daily basis is cool, and they are a good support system.

      Cons

      Favoritism Politics Work load Moderna is a place that promises opportunity and they advocate for change. You are told you can switch to departments and explore, but what they don't tell you is that you'll be lied to and forced to stay in your current department, when you were already verbally offered the position. Can't trust this company after this or departments after this.
