      Pros

      I love my team and many of us go above and beyond. The people I work with are very dedicated on the most part and we have a lot of fun during the process and there’s never a day where I stop learning. I also really love the environment- I can go up to almost anyone with my questions and if I cant get an answer from them, they will find someone who I can get an appropriate response from. I feel heard on most occasions.

      Cons

      I personally have pulled many late nights, with a few shifts that ranged 21 hours straight with very little supervision assistance. It was difficult to find coverage because there is no one else to pick up the work at the end of shift (prior to the start of 3rd shift and some days to this day). I have missed many breaks as well due to processing and not having enough qualified operators. That being said, management tries their best every day to ensure smooth processing
