      Pros

      The people working here are some of the brightest in the world. I have no doubt that Moderna, though a young firm, will become one of the strongest research and development facilities of modern medicine in the near future.

      Cons

      Younger employees are reporting a lack of career advancement opportunities. I believe that regardless of whether or not this is true, management should address this matter directly.
