7yThanks for sharing! Yes - we are working on amazing, cutting-edge science. And we are working on pockets of the company where engagement isn't up to par with the rest of Moderna - pinky swear! We have several great programs in the works to continuously gauge and improve engagement. With such an innovative, fast-paced culture, it can be hard to be sure we are taking people along for the ride.
