We have several great programs in the works to continuously gauge and improve engagement. With such an innovative, fast-paced culture, it can be hard to be sure we are taking people along for the ride. Bad place to work and Unrealistic Leadership Management

Pros

Great facility. Free food but its a trap for lunch meetings and no break. 90% medical/dental coverage, standard (3%) 401k coverage.

Cons

Company is headed in the wrong direction lately. Worst Senior Directors in QA, leading to unrealistic timelines. No technical knowledge and no understanding of true GMP. 50-60 hrs week is very normal, and no work-life balance. Late night emails to show their ongoing progress. Speed is the excuse for everything. Quality is the biggest team onsite and they make all decisions, without any technical knowledge. Hiring more reviewers, no technical experts.
