      Pros

      The people and culture of collaboration at Moderna are second to none. I learned more in my 5+ years here than in all my previous roles combined. You're surrounded by brilliant, driven colleagues and leadership who are genuinely invested in innovation and pushing boundaries. The pace is exhilarating if you thrive on challenge and growth. The work is meaningful, the teams are supportive, and you'll be stretched intellectually in the best possible way.

      Cons

      The fast pace and mentally demanding nature of the work means you absolutely must set your own boundaries around work-life balance. No one will do this for you—you need to be proactive about protecting your personal time. If you wait for someone to tell you to slow down, it won't happen. This environment isn't for everyone, but if you're self-directed about managing your energy, it's incredibly rewarding.
