      Pros

      I love working for Moderna as it gives me so many possibilities to develop my skills. On a daily basis I am allowed to question convention and come up with new ideas. As a person, who loves new technologies, automation, process improvements, I couldn't find a better place, where all those things are one of the top priorities. And last, but not least- PEOPLE. I have never worked with such an amazing team.

      Cons

      Sometimes it can become a bit hectic and workload is huge.

      Pros

      Excellent science. The pipeline is exciting and Moderna is doing some really great things towards improving global health

      Cons

      Way too many processes for a small company. No work life balance. It is normal for people to work 12+ hours a day. Very hierarchical with a fear to let go from global headquarters.
