      Amazing talent in science, engineering, and bioinformatics Committment to innovation in "digital" infrastructure and custom automation Broad and deep pipeline, with vaccines leading the way Enough financial resources to solve the challenging scientific and engineering problems Engaged and very smart executive team

      growing fast, but the amount of work is huge, and everyone is working really hard senior management is learning as they go when it comes to clinical development

      Pros

      Lots of perk and fair salaries. Lots of work as everything is in the making, so it can be stressful. But all in all it is a good place to work at.

      Cons

      management tends to go in too many directions, every time a new big boss is hired, there is a need to change everything to fit the vision of that new person. The point is to bring improvement and it is a right thing to do... but sometimes it seems like it is too much disruption for very little change.
